At GigCove, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.

Subscription Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

After 60 days No refund (cancel to prevent future charges)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Automatic Renewal Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period:

  • Cancel your subscription through your account settings before the renewal date
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund is provided for partial months after the 30-day window

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free tier services: No payment was made, so no refund applies
  • Terminated accounts: Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback, you forfeit refund eligibility
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Full refund available within 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 days, you may cancel but will retain access until the subscription period ends
  • Prorated refunds for annual plans are available within the first 60 days only

Subscription Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan or the free tier:

  • The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period
  • You retain access to your current plan's features until then
  • No partial refunds are issued for downgrades

Service Issues

If you experience significant service issues (extended outages, data loss, etc.) that prevent you from using GigCove, please contact us. We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer:

  • Account credits
  • Extended subscription time
  • Full or partial refunds

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Existing subscriptions will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
