The Contacts section is your music industry address book. Keep track of venues, promoters, band members, producers, and anyone else in your music network all in one place.

Yes! You can import contacts from a CSV file. This makes it easy to move your existing contact list into GigCove.
You can add tags or categories to your contacts to group them - for example, "Venues", "Promoters", "Session Musicians", etc. Use the search and filter options to find contacts quickly.
Audio Review is a collaboration tool for recording studios and artists. Upload audio files, share them with clients or band members, and collect precise, timestamped feedback directly on the waveform.
As a host, go to Audio Review, select or create a project, then click "+ Song" to create a new song. You can then upload audio versions to that song. Supported formats include MP3, WAV, FLAC, and more.
We support most common audio formats including MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, OGG, and M4A. Maximum file size is 500MB per upload.
While listening to audio, click the "Comment" button or press C on your keyboard. This will create a comment at the current playback position. You can also select a time range for comments that span multiple sections.
Each song can have multiple versions representing different mixes or revisions. Expand the Versions section in the audio player to see all versions, add new ones, or switch between them. Comments are tied to specific versions.
If the host has enabled downloads, you'll see a "Download Audio" button in the Listener Actions section. The host controls whether downloads are allowed for each project.
When you approve a version, it signals to the host that you're happy with that mix. This helps track which versions have been signed off by clients or band members.
Host accounts are for recording studios, producers, and engineers who need to share audio with multiple clients. Hosts can create projects, upload audio, manage access permissions, and customize their studio branding.
Click "Request Host Access" from the Audio Review page. Fill out the form with your studio information and we'll review your request, usually within 24 hours.
Go to Host Settings from the dropdown menu. In the Branding section, you can upload your logo, add contact information, and customize how your studio appears to clients when they review audio.
Create a project for your client, upload the audio, then use the Access Settings to generate a share link or invite specific email addresses. You can set passwords, expiry dates, and control what actions clients can take.
In Host Settings, go to the Staff section. You can invite team members by email who will be able to help manage your projects and audio files.
First, check your browser's volume and ensure you haven't muted the tab. Try refreshing the page. If issues persist, try a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox). Also check if your firewall or ad blocker might be interfering.
The waveform requires the audio to load first. On slower connections, this may take a moment. If it still doesn't appear, try refreshing or clearing your browser cache.
Check your file size (max 500MB) and format. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If uploads continue to fail, try a smaller file or different format first to isolate the issue.
GigCove works best on modern browsers: Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version.
Your data is securely stored in the cloud. If something seems missing, try logging out and back in, or clearing your browser cache. If issues persist, contact support and we'll help you recover your data.
