A little help getting there.

Practical guides for the work around your music.

Create and save a setlist

Open New Setlist, name it, and add songs from your library. Use Add Song if a song is missing. Reorder with drag handles or the up/down buttons. Save Setlist creates the saved set; later edits save automatically. The status beside Save tells you whether changes are saved or only kept as a browser draft.

Recover a draft or deleted set

If you leave with unsaved work, GigCove keeps a draft on the same browser and account when browser storage is available. Reopening offers to restore it. If another tab changed the saved set, reload that version or duplicate your draft to avoid overwriting it. Recently deleted on the Setlists page restores deleted sets. Saved version history restores earlier saves as a new version.

Import a song library

Open Import songs and select a CSV. Quoted commas, multiline quoted fields and tab-separated data are supported. Choose title and duration columns and whether the first row contains headings. Durations can be seconds, MM:SS or HH:MM:SS. Review excluded rows and choose whether to skip duplicate title/duration pairs before importing.

Use stage mode, print or share

Save your setlist, then choose Stage mode. Use arrow keys or Previous/Next to move through songs. Save offline copy downloads a self-contained copy for that show; download a fresh copy after changes. Print supports Letter and A4 in stage view. Share setlist creates a revocable read-only link. Recipients see song notes, but not private rehearsal or contact details.

Connect an existing Bandcard

Open Bandcard in GigCove and choose Already have a Bandcard. Confirm the existing Bandcard email and password once. The profile stays at the same address, with its uploads and links.
